You Can Start Without A Product



Last time we talked about Thomas Edison, and his unrelenting drive towards creating. In Edison’s case, not only was he an entrepreneur, he was also an inventor.
Not everyone is trying to invent something new.
You may be considering offering a service, or a new twist on an existing product, and building a business around that.
But perhaps that’s what’s holding you back.
Too often, entrepreneurs will spend so much time trying to perfect a product that they never actually launch the business! Delays in development not only consume those precious few resources and finances, but can dangerously suck the spirit out of you.

In fact, that initial research can tell you a lot, like whether or not anyone’s actually searching for the kind of product or solution you plan to offer. Back when Edison was getting started, there was no Google or Internet, of course, so early entrepreneurs had to trust their instincts… and they were often wrong.
